Our apartments, spacious, cozy and very bright, perfectly equipped with a whole range of services and amenities designed to satisfy the most demanding guests, are located on the seafront of Figueretas beach, next to the area of Es Vivé, offering stunning views of the old town of Ibiza town and the island of Formentera. The building, completely renovated, is distributed in four floors; we have apartments with front view to the sea (two of them adapted for people with reduced mobility) and apartments with lateral views to the sea and to the swimming pool of the complex.
With capacity for up to 3 adults and 1 child, our apartments, distributed in 4 floors, have: electric kitchen, microwave, refrigerator and all the necessary kitchenware; bathroom with shower, hair dryer and amenities; bedroom with two beds of 90×190 centimeters; safe; kettle; and iron and ironing board (ask at reception).

Near the old town
At Figueretas beach
Our apartments are a reference on the coast of Ibiza. They are located in a privileged place, in the middle of the promenade of Figueretas, in front of the beach. Where it is possible to enjoy wonderful views of the old part of the city of Ibiza (Dalt Vila).
This particular location of the complex makes easy the access to the main tourists attractions of the white island, Ibiza. The airport is approximately 15 minutes away by car; the port of Ibiza, 20 minutes away on foot; and Playa d’en Bossa, one of the best known and most popular beaches, where some of the most famous discotheques and beach clubs are located, 20 minutes away (Pacha Ibiza is 2.6 kilometers away).
